Do you want to create visual expressions that drive both customer experience and sales in a fast-paced environment where the customer is always on the go? We are now looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our ÆRA Fashion stores at Arlanda.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will have a leading and business-oriented role in our two stores at Arlanda, Terminal 5 and Sky City. You will be responsible for planning, driving, and developing the visual expression based on our concept and guidelines, adapting it to the stores' flow and customer behaviors.

You are an integral part of the team and work closely with the store manager and colleagues. Through your visual and commercial competence and leadership, you ensure that visual merchandising becomes a natural and obvious part of the daily work and that the business develops over time.

As a Visual Merchandiser with us, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the overall visual work for two stores (approximately 300–400 sqm per unit)

• Ensuring that the visual expression follows ÆRA Fashion's concept and guidelines

• Optimizing product placement for maximum sales and customer experience

• Working data-driven by analyzing sales and translating insights into visual decisions

• Planning, structuring, and leading the visual work in the store together with the store manager

• Training and developing employees in visual merchandising

• Creating creative and commercial solutions adapted to a fast pace and customers on the move

In your daily work, the role includes:

• Planning and executing displays according to guidelines and campaign plans

• Ensuring correct assortment placement based on season, flow, and sales data

• Analyzing and following up results to optimize spaces and displays

• Leading and coaching colleagues in the daily visual work

• Documenting the work through photos and conducting digital Store Walks for learning and inspiration

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a dedicated Visual Merchandiser role within retail and fashion, where visual merchandising has been your primary responsibility

• Good business understanding and experience working data-driven

• Experience in training and developing others in visual work

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement; other languages are a plus

• A dynamic and varied everyday life in a unique retail environment

Employment form: Full-time, permanent employment (probationary period applies) Salary: Monthly salary Working hours: As agreed, primarily daytime on weekdays. The stores are open every day between 05:00–21:00.
